BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment via approved payment methods (e.g. Airwallex, Stripe, or other third-party gateways). Prices are in AUD unless stated otherwise. All pricing is subject to change at any time.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the nature of digital programs and personalised services, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or non-use of services.

For one-on-one sessions:

• Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeited fees

For group programs or courses:

• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to commencement may not be eligible for refunds
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any program or service, in which case a refund or credit will be offered

Consumer Rights: This refund policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which may entitle you to a refund or remedy in certain circumstances where services are not delivered.

PROGRAM ACCESS & CONDUCT

For digital programs or memberships, access is granted to the purchasing individual only and must not be shared, distributed, or resold. We reserve the right to revoke access immediately, without refund, if:
