As a Transformational Therapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist, I facilitate my clients in communicating with their subconscious minds to change what's not working in their lives. The subconscious mind is the part of us that is responsible for all the automatic processes, behaviours, habits and emotions which we have learnt and been conditioned to use.

Why do I love Hypnotherapy?

Neuroscience has introduced us to something exciting which is called Neuroplasticity - how our brains and nervous systems learn and acquire new capabilities....and it doesn't stop in childhood. We are able to rewire our minds by leveraging the science of FOCUS. And that's where hypnotherapy and coaching come in. Both modalities focus the mind on what needs to change first and then with guidance, it accepts the upgrade.
